TJ, you obviously had an English education somewhere. They go for the double negatives. I've noticed so few, [but significant irony], that your education was obviously only partly pommy. <wish to do so at a place that is not unisolated > I had to do a double-take to figure out what you meant. Real English, especially bureaucrats, go for multiple negatives. "It isn't that we don't want unisolated ... ". I challenge readers to simplify that! Mq
