Be careful using a debit card online. If you are ever ripped off on a credit card, the most you can be held accountable for is $50. It's $350 for a debit card.

Paradise has no time limit on their bonuses. Empire sometimes has ridiculous ones. They had a "turbo bonus" this last weekend where you had 3 days to earn a minimum of 500 rakes (for $50 bonus). If you figure 40 rakes an hour, that's 12 hours of playing.

Poker Room and Noble usually give you 60 days.

Neteller has no charge from your bank to them and from them to the casino or back. But, from them to your bank there is a charge. The way you beat that is to cash out via a check from the casino. Neteller still gets paid by the casinos and other vendors and Neteller gets interest on balances, so you're not going to break them. <G> The negative is that checks from the casinos sometimes take weeks to arrive. No biggie for me, but for some folks, not so hot.
