If I were a Zwebner attorney, I'd think twice whether doing his (assuming he pays his legal bills, incessant and thus lucrative) bidding was worth jeopardizing my career

Why? I suspect that the legal bills are being paid by UCSY since UCSY was the plaintiff. So ZWEEB prolly prints more shares to pay legal bills...it's not as if he has dig into his pocket to pay legal bills. The Common Shareholder gets not only diluted by the printing & dumping of shares to raise funds to pay for the legal fees but ZWEEB has the "hoops bah" to charge the frivolous legal fees as an expense of UCSY which were incurred merely to stroke his ego and not as an expense to earn income.
