No, the point of contention is that this is a paper work and reporting issue and it is being blown way out of proportion. Why would this be an MJ issue or even a shareholder issue, that reasoning is beyond me, it is a day to day operational issue and would need to be corrected by the QC at pyng, and that is what happened from the looks of it. End of story.
Good Luck.

FAST-1's Could Have been Embargoed

trying to cross the Canadian border into the U.S.A. according to the April 2004 FDA letter.... ALL THIS "without further notice"!

Natural-p and cronies should note that the following statement in the FDA's letter has teeth:

"Failure to promptly correct these deviations may result in regulatory action being initiated by the Food and Drug Administration without further notice, which may include detaining your devices without physical examination upon entry into the United States until the corrections are completed."

Of course Jacob's & Co. took the required action to handle this emergency (what choice did they have ....REALLY!) Of course, one can only imagine from past performance that "being transparent" with the shareholders on such a minor issue as the treat of being SHUT DOWN would (conveniently) be counter productive and unnecessary in Jacob's mind.

As for this being just another day to day "ho hum" event in P.P.P. (Pyng's Painful Progress) that Natural-p and the other lap dogs would have us believe is about as sensible as trashing the www.usainfo.com report on military sales and presenting unsubstantiated GUSH and nonsense about unrecorded "direct delivery" sales to medics in down town Bagdad against their military issue Visa and Mastercards......... Just **CHARGE IT...... BOYS and don't let those insurgents slow down the FED-X truck/camel/bicycle!

Is it any wonder why PYNG share sale volumes are so low these days??? PYNG's reputation in the investment community is unfortunately well known .....and I believe that it shows!
