CAFE Is trying to rally from its recent Ls. After the stock was suspended from trading on July 22 it resumed trading last week and continued its downtrend, apparently in consideration of the multiple pending classaction lawsuits.<g> But the company has already explained that it had no written contract with WMT about installing some of its fluorescent lighting system in 10 stores.<g> At any rate, the stock is up some 27% today on moderate volume of 3,133,800 bigcharts.marketwatch.com The stock is trying to close today is July 12 upgap.
