I don't think I was dancing, but rather being as accurate and through as possible, or as could be expected. Adding more detail isn't being evasive but rather more accurate. You asked - "If you had to vote for either Bush or any Democrat of your choice who would you vote for?" There are democrats, and probably even democratic politicians that I would prefer to Bush just no prominent national level Democratic politicians. You can take that as being yes, or being no. Yes would technically be more accurate but might be misleading. If you listed a group of Democrats one by one and asked would you vote for him or her over Bush I would likely say no to each one unless you provided a very large list. I don't know how I could be more straight forward than that. I don't think you qualify per my "Header". and Tim's reading some of my header now and may not agree with our tent. Pretty sure he really doesn't agree with our general consensus. He's slick though not nearly as slick as he's trying to be IMO. I would certainly say I don't agree with the general consensus here. I don't really think I am extremely slick, or have been acting in a slick or decieving manner in my posts here. For the most part I am pretty straigh forward and I have been so here. As for the header - working backwards - "If you don't consider yourself a hero or want to be one, or you don't consider yourself a patriot or want to be one please don't post here. I read every post, and don't need the extra noise." Well I'm no hero. I do consider myself to be a patriot but that term can mean differnt things. I do care about my country. I want it to do well and in the broadest sense I support it so I guess maybe that makes me a patriot. "This thread is my tent. My house on the internet. Please treat it as such." I think I have that part covered. I haven't come in to trash the place or throw around a lot of insults and attacks. "I try and deal with facts. It works about all the time. Sometimes bad for Dems, and sometimes for the Reps." I agree with the idea that the facts are sometimes bad for each party. "George W. Bush and his gang are the most detrimental team America has ever owned." Well if accepting that idea is a requirement here, then your right I don't qualify. "This thread is dedicated to all that feel we were cheated from a better President than George W. Bush is or will be." While I am not anywhere close to 100% behind Bush, I don't think Gore would have been a better president, and I good or bad I don't think we were cheated out of a Gore presidency (or a Kerry presidency for that matter). OTOH you don't say that you aren't willing to examine other ideas in the header. You say what the thread is deidicated to, but you don't explicitly say "anyone else with a different idea, STAY OUT!"
