The other side is, there are about 3 companies that can do this sort of work and have the experience. Hal, Bechtel and Fluor. So, it wasn't like I was psychic. <G> Dick the dick has also been put in charge of the Gulf operation, which bodes well for Hal in the future. It doesn't bode so well for the Gulf states, but, hey, they voted Chimpanzee, so they obviously like the way he does or does not things.
