I don't understand Bill Lyon. Of course he would like to own all of the Presley Development Company, which is now called William Lyon Homes.

In 1989 he was the wealthiest man in California running the previous William Lyon Homes. By 1993 he was worth perhaps $300k.

You'd think he would have learned from his past experience, especially being a retired General and all that. But that doesn't seem to be the way he's built.
