I don't really care about him one way or another either but lets make sure we have his record straight here, I am leery to cut this clown any slack whatsoever.

But I'd say that during the bubble it was the right think to be mad bullish.

Sure, it was right from late 1998 into the peak. But right near the top and all the way down Cramer was coming at us with his nonsense like "earnings didn't matter anymore", "its a new era", "we need new metrics", blah blah blah. "Keep buying on this weakness!" I'm paraphrasing of course.

That makes him even more of a shyster because if this is true then it runs completely contrary to the public face which he had on during the collapse. And FWIW I do believe this is likely true.

Its bloody 4 am here, been up all night with a barfing dog. Ugh!
