From a recent 8-K NaftoGaz Ukraine, the National Oil and Gas Company of Ukraine regarding the development and operation of oil and gas fields in Ukraine. Also parties to the Development Agreement are i) Ukrainian Government by Valentina Balabnova representative, Head of the State Management of Affairs of the President of Ukraine Looks like this "character" is the contact. I would say since he is connected to Yushchenko and not to a Cabinet member, the deal is safe. PPS rebound underway now. Don't you all just love pennies. :-)
