Repubs are going to have a hard time swinging the 69% of the public that blame budget cuts to the levee projects as a major factor.

Recent polls indicate that only 13% of the public think Bush is at fault. Remarkable since polls tend to reflect the opinion of people at home. I guess those people at home who tend to answer the phone,is not buying the BS from Good Morning America and Opra!
