Good....Bush and company are doing the usual DRIBBLING of money routine....it's their bread and butter of coverup of how much things they do COST.... with Iraq....a few billion here....a few more billion later....and then! oh...we need another $100 Billion...it's all smoke and mirrors and makes sure that the public never really gets a handle on WHAT THEY ARE SPENDING.... so goes Katrina.... $10 billion....then $51 Billion...of course they are experts at APPROVING FUNDS....and NEVER DISTRIBUTING THEM...ie.. the AIDS 'pledge'.....almost nothing has been distributed after the state of the union address.....but boy he looks like he's on top of it. NOT!
