pictouislander is right too, it never says that the product caused a death, it says that the report needs to be filed as the product MAY have contributed to a death or injury and that needs to be determined, but that fact is that PYNG replied to the complaint and obviously the FDA found in Pyngs favour. Without knowing the details we can not make assumptions that Pyng has done anything wrong, these were complaints and for all we know it was the medics fault and they blamed the device, but in reality they may not have been using it properly, so lets not jump to conclusions.

it doesn't specify, you would have to track down what the complaint was. Ok let's pretty it was just a paper issue, you feel better.
