In a perfect world, I would say forget the current location of NO and open up elsewhere with the same charm. But the reality is, the US spends so much on pork, in Alaska especially and some other obscure locations, that I have a hard time justifying NOT restoring NO right where it is. If we were a lean and mean government operation, spending money only when it made sense- well, that would be different!
