Congress voted to merge homeland secur. and FEMA, even Hillary voted for it. She needs to be investigated

Re: "Do you think MUCH more qualified people were available?" There is always someone more qualified. You offer nothing specific that shows the failure on his part, let alone FEMA's part (I've criticized them better than that here myself, for gods sake). Your story leaves out the fact that what FEMA was ready and waiting with, didn't go in because FEMA agreed with the analysis and urging of the State and Local people involved. Now that's honest, once again. Dan B.
