I suspect Halliburton will do a fine job of rebuilding the Gulf Coast, although we will be paying for it for the rest of our lives. What the heck we are already paying them to keep Iraq operational.

Hi Harvey A! I trust you know that "Hummer" reference was just a little of my graveyard humor. <g> No doubt this brand of comedy will be doubly worn out by this weekend since it appears that a lot more "heat" is about to be taken from the Gulf. In my darker thoughts I can see this Rita becoming a combination Katrina/Ophelia and raking the entire Western half of the Gulf with 145mph winds while taking over a week to go from Brownsville to the Mississippi. Of course... the bright side of this is that Mother Nature rarely produces anything as dark as my thoughts. And even when she does there's always an upside to her downside... if you're fortunate enough to be watching from a safe perspective. :\| 0\|0
