Yada, yada, yada... Lindy, what sort of deal was made that Berger gets off so lightly? There's got to be something happening under the radar in Wash. The judge was obviously PO'ed and therefore upped the dollar amount of the fine. Also, why so little written on it, when he was obviously destroying info that would show how badly the Clinton Administration reacted to the terrorist threat? It seems that the conservative blogs would have had a field day, and yet there has been surprisingly little hard news or speculation.
