I like to invest in focused companies. I would never invest in "We Do Everything Corp." because no organization is good at doing everything.

History is filled with conglomerates which failed because they were involved in more different types of businesses than management could possibly be good at managing.

The inclusion of FEMA and other agencies into an agency with the Nazi name of "Homeland Security" created a conglomerate involved in more different types of businesses than management could possibly be good at managing.

The Homeland Security Agency will fail like all conglomerates before have failed. In fact it already has, but you didn't get the memo.
