Can you be specific? How, EXACTLY, did FEMA to a "miserable" job?

Remember, we now know that Red Cross had supplies outside New Orleans ready to deliver to the Superdome and were refused access by state officials.

What, exactly, is your complaint with FEMA?

A hurricane hit NewOrleans. Nagin was the first person to grab a microphone and start whining. He stated the levees would breech in his evacuation order and did not execute his plan to help the people in those areas...
