I cut/pasted what I was provided by Anthony himself, which appear to be an Opposition and Affadavit filed in August. The PDF links I posted this morning are the same and support this.

I really can't (or care to) determine the accuracy of the calculations or the competency of the person who prepared the Opposition motion, but I'd assume they're more competent in such things than I am.

I did, however, see the spreadsheet that was used to come up with the calculations and noticed that a very high percentage of the alledgedly ill-gotten gains were from SEVU.

That one I'm a bit familiar with because of run-ins I had with Francois Goelo, who was touting it on iHub and here and who got the boot for repeatedly deleting posts on iHub that didn't break the rules, but that he claimed were "untrue". I know that Anthony started shorting it at $10 and am quite certain this was before he supposedly got information he shouldn't have from FBI agents. Not real clear on the timelines.

I remember he covered it when Richard McBride (it's CEO?) died. He covered at $0.9375.

Does SEVU trade under a different ticker now? I can't get a quote for that ticker.
