I still recall the cover of Time or maybe Newsweek after the Jonestown massacre. I don't want to see the carnage. I'm hoping these reports of thousands dead are a gross exaggeration.

I'll be you anything it was Rove who trashed the Red Cross after 9/11. I wonder why he hates them so much. He probably volunteered to work for them once and kept all the money he got. They found out and ostracized him. He hates the Swedes because he's Norwegian. He hates Dems and libs because they never invited him to their parties in college.

This area is taking in a lot of people.

A lot of areas are.

There almost seems to be an effort to disperse the poor of New Orleans so that few come back to the city. The wealthy neighnorhoods are deserted, but intact, and they will be back.
