Dear Folks,
What you are about to read may look familiar since certain portions have been posted before, however most of what is here is brand new
or has been substantially revised. Even the money and break-down table has been revised with greater detail. Regardless of how many times
I read and study this information, the details within this post are what haunt me the most as I endure each passing day.
As many may know, I am in NY waiting to be sentenced so I can finally get the appellate process moving. Recently two of my lawyers
came to see me to let me know that the prosecution will be asking the Judge to sentence me to LIFE IN PRISON**.
Not 5 years, not 10 years, not 15 years.
They want me to die in prison.
** This is an assumption based on the government failing to object to the PSR request.

*AUSA Seth Levine has also just parachuted out and is now also a criminal defense lawyer.
If anyone ever had any doubt that this case was always more about who I was than anything I ever did, they need look no further.
Other than myself, all the people charged and uncharged,
are white Anglo-Saxons, and every last one of them has been treated
in a drastically different way than I have been treated. Every one of them is going to walk away relatively unscathed.
The person who made the most money and had his own ultra-secret chat room will do no more than 18 months
while getting to keep almost every last penny he made.
The two people who follow him not only get to keep 3 ½ million dollars, they were never charged
and never will be charged.
This is how it all breaks down.

LIFE IN PRISON

This table shows that their persecution was a complete success. The Egyptian born Muslim Arab-American has been successfully dragged
3,000 miles, splashed with 9-11 propaganda, and then convicted across a bridge from ground-zero. Studying the above break-down
table forces anyone to conclude that the prosecutors were never truly interested in justice. They don’t really want
$11 million “illegal” dollars to be turned over to them. They only care to manipulate the facts, the numbers and the spin so they can satiate
their seething hatred with my life. If they really wanted that money, and more importantly if they
REALLY BELIEVED it was derived “ILLEGALLY,” they would take it from the people who not only made it but get to keep it.
They know they can’t and won’t do that because they know it’s never been about anyone else; it’s always just been about me.
When Cleveland was first arrested, he had a loaded handgun in his possession. Being a convicted cocaine trafficker with a gun
is an extremely serious crime, a felony that carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years, but Cleveland was never charged.
Even Royer, who is arguably one of the stupidest FBI agents this government ever gave a gun and badge to,
gets a pass on over 1500 uncharged felonies. Compare their treatment to mine.
When I tried to use a fake ID to go home 2 days early last April, they managed to squeeze 5 state and federal felony counts out of the
one incident. It was this kind of fanaticism and hatred that set the stage for a good ole-fashioned lynching.
Isn’t that really what all of this is? A lynching? Isn’t that why Daws and the rest of the
“white people” are likely to get a few months in camp or probation,
getting to keep the money, while I am forced to forfeit their gains and then die in jail?
Isn’t this all being done so they can finally lynch the nasty Arab guy?
In order to secure a “conviction at any cost” and commit this fraud on the criminal justice system, the world had to be turned upside down.
Right became wrong, help became harm, openness became a confession and honesty was turned into a liability.
What was once admirable, lawful conduct is NOW criminalized; well at least for me anyway.
On page 8802, line 2 to line 11, the prosecutors charged:
"The defendants Elgindy, Daws and Peters, together with others, sometimes reported negative information
about the targeted companies to the FBI and the SEC in order to initiate and hasten regulatory and law enforcement action, which they
knew would cause the stock prices to fall sharply once such action became public.
As a result of the above actions, the defendant Elgindy cultivated the perception that he had the ability to cause a significant decrease
in a targeted company’s stock price using the UNLAWFUL means described above."
Not only is all the conduct described “ABOVE” completely and unequivocally LAWFUL, I’ll also stipulate that this is conduct
I used to be extremely proud of, and taught to hundreds of others. However, as you can clearly see spelled out above, the “nasty Arab guy”
is NOT allowed to report suspected crimes and fraud to authorities anymore.
I may have been born an Arab, but I grew up as an American. My parents, brother and I immigrated to this country when I was only 3 years old.
I loved this country with all my soul; even when I did those four months in Taft, my feelings only grew stronger,
grateful for a chance to make amends. Today I am sad to say I no longer recognize this country.
This isn’t the America I learned about when I was growing up. There are so many things that no longer make any sense.
It is beyond comprehension to believe that the one person who was on Federal probation, the one person who was reporting his contacts
with law enforcement religiously, the one person who NEVER asked for a single solitary search, the one person who openly
and publicly discussed his activities, the one person who truly believed and expressed that he was doing
good work by reporting these companies and the people behind them, and the one person who woke up every single day knowing
that he would be reaching out to cops, FBI agents, and SEC attorneys asking them to carefully scrutinize all his work
is the ONLY person who is facing complete annihilation
and an end-of-the-world sentence.
I respectfully request that everyone please pay close attention, please don’t ignore this and watch as events unfold for me and my kids.
I want them and everyone else to know that I am fighting as hard as I can and I will never stop until I am once again
free to be with them again.I am praying that now, since Breen and Levine are gone,
someone at the Department of Justice investigates what these two men have done.
Hatred, prejudice and all of this ugliness simply must lose in the end. For all our sake, it just has to.
