You are so daft, you can't even tell when we are in total agreement, save for your reason "why." Your reason simply isn't supported by facts, whereas my reason has been noted over and over, and the parties involved have backed my reason up on the news daily. They all admit their decisions not to move-in, and even tell us why they made those decisions. They failed big time, one and all. All excuses are for naught, though still, where they in fact are quite legitimate if for naught, they tend to apply to all agencies involved. Dan B.
