Mexico, for the first time since the 1800s, sent troops over our border to help with, I think, water purification. The Dutch have already tsk-tsked at the levee system and someone wants to send us tons of bananas. The French and Germans have sent a plane load of medical supplies. You think Bolton is still out to kill the UN? You think Norquist is still out to kill the Federal Government?
