Faro should seek someone to advise him on that, and follow the advice he gets. He should consult someone who isn't a trained legal advisor - Homer Simpson would be a good choice unless he's on retainer with Zwebner.

So does this mean Zwebner will now sue Faro for giving him bad legal advice?
