• A significant portion of New Orleans is flooded and substations will take extended time - months - to restore. Those that are not flooded had widespread damage. We have reenergized six of our substations within the city and restored distribution on a very limited basis, but there is a lot of work remaining outside the city that we will complete first.

Duh......reenergized substations does mean power in people's homes. Wires and poles are down......or standing in water. Pls. note "distribution is limited" as in nonexistent.

Stop the lies they are tiresome.
