As the ice forms it slides out, so it has always gotten bigger till chunks break off. Much has been made of ice getting thinner and breaking off the west side and its glacier running faster (possibly due to geo thermal reasons) and making it out as proof of global warming. But little has been made of the fact that ice is getting bigger and thicker on the east side, for a total net gain. GW "scientists" claim that both are due to GW.

There was major news on this last May, but the liberals in the MSM did all they could to hide it. Not only that, leftist enviro groups begrudgingly admit their mistake, although they still couch the findings.
