I saw the letter on the web back in December of last year before I started posting on SI and I did not think much of it because it was so old even back then that I thought due to the 30 day response time the letter demanded that this could not be a current issue or Pyng would be in serious trouble. Anyway I agree that back at the time the letter came out if it was brought up then, MJ should make a statement about it, but a year and a half later I think this is old news now and we are way past this letter. But I agree it would be good to know the whole story.
