.......... Patronage and loyalty are issues on resumes now, particularly with the chimp administration.

It's that way with many areas of government. Even tenure in the teaching profession.

This is the way Richard Daley ran Chicago 30 years ago. I'm certain that's the way all of Louisiana is run.

When you combine all the ineptitude in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C., you get a "perfect storm" of incompetence.

Let's not point fingers. Let's just recognize that we live in mediocre times. The fact that a C student would even be allowed to run for President of the United States shows that the people don't care much about competent government. Ideology trumps competence.
