Then we could argue about the repercussions of Bush invading a state with federal troops....

As of now, the military in Louisiana remains under Blanco's orders. FEMA may be "advising" Blanco but with Clinton's exFEMA chief working for Blanco now, I doubt the Feds get much accomplished. Not that the democrats would be using any opportunity they have to create a perception that benefits democrats...
