I would have thought that was clear by now. No Taxation without respiration!

Actually you appear to be focusing on the justifications to retain the immoral death tax. I am focussing on the point. There is no morally defensible reason to retain the death tax.

You want to argue the justifications given by those who would quash the American Dream. I am willing to engage you to a point.
