| Dear Sir, Nothing that you've said is new to me. I've been in this piece of crap stock run by these two Canadian con-artists for months. I am stuck in it because I got into it at the high prices, and now it is so far down that I cannot get out without a major loss. So, I will just hold it. It ain't worth me even selling it now. For your info. they use an executive office in Houston, where they pay for the use of a receptionist, and can have a real live lady answer the phone, and if they ever ever actually really do something, they could use some shared office space there charged by the hour for a meeting with a prospective client - which stupid Mancini and Needham probably will NEVER get - since they are such idiots and don't know what they're doing from what I can tell and see from their lack of performance. These guys are nothing but a couple of dumb Canadians trying to rip off Americans in the U.S. I've already warned them many times in very blunt emails messages to them, that they better make a real company out of this and no more FAKE PRs and fake JVs and fake this and that to try to entice people into investing in their fake shake and bake smoke and mirrors company. The fax is not a Seattle number, its 360 is I recall, which is a NW Washington State number, north of Seattle. The reason for that is they got one of those cheap ass free fax lines thru efax.com and they give you a fax number anywhere in the U.S., which may not be where you say you are located. These guys are really operating out of Toronto, Canada, I think. Probably working out of their home sitting at the kitchen table in their dirty smelly underwear? Ok, some think they are a SCAM, some don't. But, all I can say, is if you want to invest in this mess run by these two dumb stupid idiots named Mike Mancini and Robert Needham, do so at your own risk. Remember, even a dumb stupid idiot can get something done if you give them enough time to get it done. So, that's why I'm holding this for a good year. These 2 retarded Canadian "Looney Tunes" will need at least a year to figure out how to put their pants on and how to put on a neck tie and how to put on their shoes, and the rest of the time they will need to try to figure out how to put together a free cheap ass website with a bunch of fake info., fake PRs, fake JVs with Fowler, fake stuff about Alaska, and fake LOI for 49% of a Russian deal with $20 mill. in revenues. These dam bastards sure seem like a couple of fake dirty rotten bastards, lying, cheating, con-artist Canadians, and scamsters. I give them one good year to prove if they are real. Even a retarded person should be able to accomplish something by then. Here's to you - Mancini and Needham, the 2 non-performing, non-producing, do-nothing, dirty rotten fake scamsters. Let's see you guys perform, do something, and make something REAL out of this sack of crap worthless smoke and mirrors company. They know they cannot post any news and any PRs, because I already told them that whatever they do and say, it better be REAL, because I have already gone to the SEC, and reported them, and I have some lawyers watching them, and the exchanges, and the FBI. That's why they been so dam quiet lately. I think they are stuck, wondering what to do, because now they cannot try to fake people out, without getting caught. If I were you, I would just hold your worthless stock in this worthless company, and join me and the others who are either going to force Mancini and Needham into producing, or we might even take them to court in a class action lawsuit with a bunch of lawyers that volunteer to help crack down on these 2 con-artists, and then we'll rip the company out of these lying fools hands and we'll take over it and turn it into a real company and try to get our money back by selling it as a shell to some one who knows what they are doing, instead of these 2 liars. It's up to us shareholders to expose all dirty rotten lying cheating con-artist, kick them in the butt, throw them in jail, fine them, sue them, and clean up the financial world. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with scum like Mancini and Needham. I know they've been lying. I already caught them lying and confronted them on it, in the Fowler deal, the JV in Alaska, I read online that it was a total lie, that the Pres. of Fowler said there was never a JV with AKOL. So, if we take Mancini and Needham to court, the lawyers will ask, where's the paper work, the contract, the documents, that you and Fowler signed that says you got a JV? Or where is the contract or the LOI that says you got a LOI for 49% of a Russian producing oil company with $20 mill. in revenues? Guess what, you and I both know that these 2 lying idiots would not be able to come up with any written agreements that say they got anything going on with anyone - no JV, no LOI for 49% - in my opinion, until I've seen it, touched it, read it, and could call and confirm it - I would believe anything that these 2 lying cheating son of a dirty rotten scamster - have to say. Bottomline, I am going to stay in this deal and I'm going to totally destroy these guys financially, and thru the media and thru the exchanges and via the SEC, and with the FBI, and with the assistance of a bunch of top high level lawyers - IF once enough evidence is gathered against them to prove they've been lying and misleading shareholders and potential investors. So, I'm giving Mancini and Needham, time to redeem themselves - IF they can - by doing something REAL. If they cannot, they better hand this company over to someone who can or all HELL is going to break lose on these 2 Canadian fakesters. So far, they sure look fake to me. I'm giving them time to prove otherwise. But, they won't even disclose who they are, or their backgrounds and experience, and that's a sure fire red flag that we're dealing with some mysterious shady people. I would like to have some private investigators check out their backgrounds to see if they are "Serial Stock Market Con-Artists?" So far, they sure seem like it. The SEC is checking them out... Take time. Mancini and Needham, you guys better come clean and better make us a REAL company. This isn't fun and games, you're dealing with OUR money. Screw your money. We don't care about the money you say you got in it. We only care about OUR money. Get busy and make TWOG into a REAL company or you're going to have a lot of people, shareholders, investigators, SEC, FBI, exchange people and media on your backs... |
