Hey, Rambi! Thanks for coming! Welcome! Make yourself at home - drinks are in the fridge. I'm afraid the espresso machine is out of order, but the coffee pot is working and should be ready any minute. I am going to look for the original of that report. I'd like to know a little more about the person who wrote it. I share your concerns about the dependency angle - one of the reasons I am not excited about using cruise ships for six months when New Mexico was ready to take 6,000 people and they said we are only sending 500. I agree that this may end up being the best time to bring about changes in some people's lives and we ought to be encouraging it. Reading that message, however, I also thought of those no one will ever reach (such as those who committed murder in the Superdome) and thought maybe the person doing the reporter had worked through the "reachables" and was now encountering the hard-core "unreachable." Let me see if I can find it.
