Yes, Mr Brown had done such and outstanding job, it seems quite appropriate to hand off clean-up work. The emergency had been dispatched.

Now that we know the Red Cross was setup even before the storm to outfit the superdome with food and water and were prevented by state officials and that is the true reason for all the political hate speak of you and yours, life must seem such a bitch.
