Welcome, Karen! Rambi already raided the fridge but I think there are still cookies on the counter. Let me know if the coffee is stale and I'll brew a new pot. As for the meat of your post: I cannot imagine anything Bush could do that would more irritate the unions than this. If it is true that the prevailing wage is $9 per hour, I have to wonder why he bothered. There must be more to it than that. As for cutting red tape, I'm glad someone finally got the message. I hope they are cutting more of it where needed.
