OH, forgot to mention that I made your dad's recipe for roquefort dressing! But I spilled the cream into the bowl! So actually I did NOT make his recipe. Too much cream. But it was very nice.

While at the store, I ran into a friend and her father, who gave me his recipe -- he starts with Ken's Steakhouse bottled dressing and adds fresh roquefort. That's it.

And then I bought a sliver of roquefort! The real stuff. Price unbelievable! Almost $20 a pound!

Wish they sold it at Costco. Or that my local Wal-Mart had a grocery department.

Fear I will stick with vinegar and oil for every day.
