Good question. I hope that, when they hand over the $2,000 debit cards, they are at least telling people, "That's all there is, there won't be any more like this." Our solution for everything usually ends up being "throw lots and lots of money around and hope for the best."

One of the reasons I am not enthused about using the cruise ships is that there is absolutely nothing for the people to do on the cruise ships and six months is a long time to house people without expecting them to do something about helping themselves.

Perhaps the ships would be good for the retired and mobile disabled.
