NPR broadcasting interview with editor of NO newspaper, which led the charge early for resignation of FEMA director. He says, at the same time, that the mayor "may not have had" the authority to order buses be used for the evacuation. IOW, da udder jerks are to blame.

Maybe she didn't read the plans that she and LA were to have drawn up...The Red Cross is one of the teams that the US Gov has as part of the Disaster Team....
