No amount of classes and books can replace living through things. Ted is a great example of that. Excuse me.....if FEMA was involved at all in that crash, it would have been through their Urban Search & Rescue team and not the entire org. like in the Gulf states. Even so, its not very likely. Having said that, maybe you can provide me with a link that supports your position. I am very willing to learn something new. And also let me know how many times you've gone on disaster duty. The way you're talking you sound like you must be a big professional in the field.
