There is no friggin way they can pause now, bank credit is exploding in the last two weeks on the Katrina Pig Man rally. Unfortunately for the Wizards, it's NOT the consumer doing it, it's the speculative Humpty Dumpty ledge climber crowd, who are once again outdoing themselves:

August 17 7,315.3
August 24 7,344.7
August 31 7,376.0 (22% annualized over two weeks)

Securities lending:
August 17: 235.7
August 31: 253.5

RE:
August 17 2,798.0
August 31 2,812.3
