What the hell are you talking about, and where the hell do you get off writing as if I've said and think specific things which I haven't said and don't think? Are you for real? LOL. You read some garbage arguments from "both sides" somewhere else, apparently, and imagine I must fit neatly into the side you don't like. Your couldn't be more mistaken, or rude in writing that crap falsely implying I've made arguments which I've not. OF COURSE Reagan and Bush Sr. should have promoted building up the Levees to Cat 5.

For what it's worth, OF COURSE the levees needed the funds during Clintons time, as they did for about 200 years if we really care to protect the city. And again for what it's worth, the General I think he was, with the Corp of Engineers, says fully funded and finished sections (yes, funded within the budget after Bush's cuts) of the Levees failed.

Huh? What a stupid question...

Of course funding was needed for potential future hurricanes...it did not matter what year, New Orleans was just as exposed...

Oh the levees did not need repairs then. Aha. Then what is basis to claim that Clinton should have spent funds to repair the levees? Did it really need the funds during Clinton's time?
