Its a great time to be a technical trader when the near term fundamental picture is so confounding.

Alot of bears run over in the wake of Katrina.

I am thinking to go short anytime on rallies. But I will wait until middle of the week or I see a big price advance.

Just checked the last two Fed meeting. The market started reversal few days ahead of the meeting. We have the Fed meeting coming on 9/20.

This rally is probably trying to price in that the Fed will stop hiking rates very soon.

The support of SPX on Monday is 1225, or 1232 for Dec SP.

Anyway, NDX, SPX, SP all point to an end of this rally no later than next Friday.
