If you keep reliable snow transport out, you should be fine. The next ice age could descend on us any time, starting as early as October.

It will involve an excessively abnormal amount of snow the first year, with an unusually delayed summer melt, the snowline of which won't recede as far as in previous summers. With an unusually cold summer followed by a very early winter with lots of snow.

And that will be the ice age under way. In two winters it will be on us.

The clouds and snow will reflect abnormal amounts of sunlight and the extra clouds formed because of the coolness will exacerbate the situation and the cooling will accelerate and the snow will too and the distance from warm, humid oceans to freezing areas will reduce meaning more snow and less rain.

It might pay to travel in groups, with many vehicles, so some can break down and you still all escape, perhaps having to leave more stuff behind to be buried for many millennia.

It might be 1000 years before the next ice age and you are unlikely to die from the snow, being mobile, but the disputes and economic disruption as billions of refugees get on the move is another matter.

If people think the greenhouse effect and a metre or 3 of sea level rise is a problem, they haven't understood what an ice age means. It could even be the final freeze from which Earth never recovers, with vast carbon deposits being permanently removed from the ecosphere so they are not available to roll back the ice age once again.

The natural state of Earth is to crystallize into many forms, having initially been a swirling mass of homogeneity, which went on to form a core, mantle etc with a crust gradually hardening up and freezing and separating into various components. The end state is a frozen ball, with not much in the way of life.

Our job is to prevent that and launch the next phase of consciousness into the cosmos, which is under development, aka It, being the infinite array of cyberspace inputs and reactions.
