The wingers got a 52 billion dollar aid bill through Congress without any opponent potential.
They used legal exceptions to do it.
It will feather many nests, but not he black ones in NO.
They get a couple grand, after a lot of paperwork.

I think that is the real reason Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, so he could take over from Alan the G. :-) Anyone Bush appoints will be a Greenspan like idiot, so I'm concerned, but pretty much resigned to another awful Fed Chairman.
