"Lets not forget the 40 million Canidians (plus fresc) without an umbrella" LOL! Canada has 33 million people. We ALL have umbrellas...made out of softwood lumber. I've only known one Canadian who did not own an umbrella, and he used a "Glad" garbage bag when it acid rained! ;-) We do have a bunch of soldiers over here seeking asylum. Perhaps they make up the other 7 million! ;-)
