i talked to a homeless guy yesterday who lives in the river bottoms. He has a lot of throat tatoos. He says he used to be a presidential advisor but they sent him away to high desert prison to drive a humvee in iraq for 2K a day. He's trying to work his way back up the ladder to first chair asshole as part of a rebuilding america happy some odd horseshit program.
