I'm sure you're right. Not for the ones who died of heat prostration and thirst or drowning or lawlessness or because they had no way to get out--but for some, life will be better.

Probably compassion was behind "We finally cleaned up public housing in New Orleans. We couldn't do it, but God did."

Shame they didn't plan ahead, it would have been so much less expensive.
