So I guess you would argue that Bush was wrong to pull Brown off the job? I think Chertoff made that decision, and I would say that Chertof is in a better position than you or I to make it. Why not replace him with Chertof from Homeland Security? Chertof is his boss. It is up to Chertof to hire his replacement. Which he did. Your posts really don't seem to go anywhere. Other than to criticize Bush. If you need to disguise your criticism of Bush behind your criticism of FEMA, go for it. Everyone else is.
