You can thank the mayor and governor for those tragic failures... don't be so quick to point at Bush, everyone is stunned at how slow the mayor and governor were in responding, finally Bush had to step in... also, don't forget that the governor refused the Red Cross entry into the superdome, what she was thinking is beyond comprehension, and she's not talking... but, go ahead, blame Bush for everything if it makes you feel better...
