Nope, but I certainly think Bush's cronies are getting way to rich off of the misfortunes of this country. They aren't even pretending to be at arms length anymore.

That's right, the WPA built a lot of good stuff in this country. Instead of scattering the people of NO to the four winds, they should have been housed/tented as near as possible to the city & then provided with the tools to rebuild. There wouldn't be any talk of 400,000 unemployed.
I wish your shit would be sitting under water right now. You wouldn't be singing your stupid tune.

"No really, would you let foreign companies in? 60-90 days for a bid process? Hire them all initially to get it done faster?"

Since Saddam isn't funneling them bribes anymore France, Russia, Germany and China might be interested in some work.

Seriously, who would you call? Heinz or the Rose law firm?
:)

Once again you are in over your head. Do you know what the federal procedures are for bidding on a contract during emergencies? I didn't think you did. Let's put this way, the Bush administration doesn't follow them at all. Why no one stops them is beyond me. Oh wait, the GOP controls Congress. Never mind.
